New notification for SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2021 has been released via the SSC website. 10th pass eligible candidates can apply online for 25271 Constable GD posts before 31st August 2021 on ssc.nic.in

SSC General Duty Constable Eligibility Criteria:
The candidates must have completed class 10 or equivalent from any recognized board in order to be eligible for application in the SSC GD Notification 2021.
The age limit for appllication will be 18 years to 23 years and the reference date for calculation of age will be 1st August 2021. 
The following age relaxation will be provided under the SSC GD Notification 2021 to the candidates belonging to the reserved category as per the norms of the Government-

OBC 26 Years
Ex- Servicemen (OBC) 29 Years
Ex- Servicemen (Gen) 26 Years
Children & dependent of the victims who were killed in the Riots of 1984 or 2002 Communal Riots of Gujarat (SC & ST) 33 Years
Children & dependent of the victims who were killed in the Riots of 1984 or 2002 Communal Riots of Gujarat (OBC) 31 Years

Salary:

The initial salary per month will be Rs.23527 for GD Constable. Constable’s starting basic salary per month is Rs.21700. The maximum basic pay can reach up to Rs.69100 per month for the SSC GD Constable.
Pattern of the Examination of SSC GD Constable Exam 2021:
CBT will be conducted in either Hindi or English.
The test will consist of 4 sections and each section will contain 25 questions each of which will carry 1 mark.
All the questions asked will be of MCQ type.
There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks.
Total duration of CBT will be 90 minutes.

Refraction: Visual correction of any kind is not allowed by glasses even.

Color Vision: CP- 2

CAPFs will schedule and conclude PST, PET, Detailed & Review Medical Exam.
